About Amber Stone
I’m Amber Stone, a lifelong learner, behavior analyst, and community member whose commitment to public education is deeply personal. Growing up with an uncle with Down syndrome shaped my belief in inclusion, dignity, and the importance of strong, supportive systems. Today, that perspective continues through my role as an aunt to a young nephew, keeping me grounded in what families need from their schools: partnership, understanding, and care.
In my work as a behavior analyst, I focus on understanding how learning environments, communication, and supports influence student success. I work collaboratively with families and educators to strengthen skills, reduce barriers, and build systems that help students thrive. This background brings a practical, evidence based lens to my decision making, with an emphasis on prevention, student well being, and solutions that work in real classrooms.
As a candidate for the Granite School Board in Precinct 3, I am committed to thoughtful, inclusive leadership that reflects the real experiences of students, families, and educators and helps schools work better for everyone.
